How long does shipping take?

  • This depends on your location as most our coffee is shipped from Canada. Shipping will usually take 10 business days or less but will reach out if this is not the case.

Can I track my order

  • Yes: You will be sent a tracking code and if you run into any problems you can reach out and we will respond within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

  • Yes: If there is any problems with the packaging on arrival or it is not what you ordered, we will give a refund immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription?

  • Yes: When you sign up for a monthly or quarterly subscription plan you are able to cancel at any point in time.

How should I store my coffee to maintain freshness?

  • Avoid Light and Heat: Keep your coffee away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A cool, dark place like a pantry is ideal.

  • Use Whole Beans: If possible... find a place where you can purchase whole beans and grind them just before brewing to preserve flavor and aroma.
